Returns want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item please read the following information:

Change of mind returns
If you have decided that you no longer want the item then we can either change the item or refund you the full price paid for the item provided the following has been met:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase;
  • You produce the order number, or a proof of purchase
  • The item is in resaleable condition including that:
  • It is with all accessories;
  • It is unworn, unused and in its original condition reserve the right to inspect the item before the refund is granted to ensure it is in resaleable condition.

How to Return an Item: If you wish to return an item please email us at sales (at) We will then give you the correct address to return the item to.

Returns Due to Our Error: If there is a fault with your electric scooter we will do our best to fix the siutation by:

  • Sending you replacement parts or accessories
  • Replacing the product or
  • We cover the cost of the return shipping fees
  • For refund request within 30 days regardless of the issue, return shipping fees and restocking fees will apply

Refund Request: If you received your product defective or damage, we may request a video to investigate the issue and take the correct course of action. If it is a faulty part a replacement part can be sent. If you would prefer to return the item you can also do so and we can inspect it and take the correct course of action.

Please note:

  • Your order number or the original receipt is the best form of proof of purchase for your warranty
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
